RE: Rubber Roof Cleaning

Some of the people here have said that they use the Spic & Span liquid to avoid any grit problems.

RE: Gas/Electric water heater

On my Cougar the switch for the propane is inside but the switch
for the electric is outside behind the cover.
Since we always camp in State Parks we use the electric probaly should
use the propane now and then just to make sure it works.

RE: Battery

Anybody have an idea why Keystone would put a cranking battery in 5ver?
I will be replacing it with a deep cycle battery

RE: Battery

I thought I read somewhere that a deep cycle would be the better route to go.
One question what is the difference between a group 24 and 27 beside the fact that the 27 is larger in size? Does it matter how large the battery is or can you have to big of a battery for the trailer?
Chuck maybe I should add we have 2 German Shepherds a 5 year old and a 1year old.

Battery

I'm going to be replacing the Battery for my 5th wheel. The current one is a Marine/RV Cranking 400cca 500mca Interstate 24M-RD
Any perference for brand or type of Battery? Would a Deep Cycle be
a better choice?
Mine 5'ver is a 2001 Cougar and most of the time we don't dry camp
